At ThermoFit USA, we are committed to providing high-quality products manufactured under strict quality standards and controlled production processes. Every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality requirements and arrives in optimal condition.
Warranty
ThermoFit warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is verified, ThermoFit may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product with an equivalent item.
- Issue a refund for the affected product.
- Provide another appropriate solution based on the specific circumstances.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, incorrect storage, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Returns
If you receive an incorrect product or a product damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To review your request, we may ask you to provide:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photographs of the product and its packaging.
Whenever possible, returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Shipping Damage
If the package shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, we recommend taking photographs before opening it and contacting us as soon as possible.
This allows us to work efficiently with the shipping carrier and provide the most appropriate solution in the shortest possible time.
Custom-Made Products
Products manufactured according to customer specifications, including custom dimensions, thicknesses, colors, or perforation patterns, are produced exclusively for each order. For this reason, custom-made products cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
